  • What type of fuel products do you sell?
      We deliver #2 Heating Oil, K-1 (Kerosene), Propane, Gasoline, On-Road and Off-Road Diesel for our residential and commercial customers.
  • Where do you deliver and what days?
      Check out our complete delivery area & schedule. We do request a minimum of 24-hour notice for all deliveries so we can ensure a truck is in your area.
  • Can I get an Emergency Delivery?

      We provide 24/7 delivery. If after office hours or on a weekend, simply call the office and someone will be in contact with you shortly about a delivery. Keep in mind there is a fee. Do not submit a request for an emergency fuel delivery online, online requests are only checked during office hours.
  • Are there steps I can take before calling for emergency service?

      If your system fails to heat properly, we recommend that you check the following before calling us assistance:

      • Check your thermostat to be sure it’s set above room temperature.
      • Check the Emergency switch is in the “ON” position
      • Check to see if all fuses are in operating condition
      • Check the gauge on your fuel tank to be certain there is fuel in the tank.
  • How do I order fuel?
      Placing a fuel order is quick and easy! You may call our office at (207) 721-1192. If you are a current customer and have already registered for an online account, you can Log In to your account and place an order online!
  • Is there a charge for an online account?
      There is no charge to access your account online, you will however need to know your account number. Your account number can be located on the second line of your delivery ticket. If you don’t have access to a delivery ticket, contact our office and we will be happy to provide you with the information.
  • Do you accept credit cards?
      Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover via phone, online, or in the office.  
  • What is your minimum delivery?
      Our minimum delivery requirement is 100 gallons. If your tank can’t take the 100 gallons, we will assess a $20 minimum gallon delivery fee. If you would like to request between 50 and 100 gallons, please call our office to make arrangements.
  • Do you offer, pre-buy, budget, or fixed price?
      Yes, as a BluStar customer, we offer the option of choosing automatic delivery, monthly payment plans, or a fixed price contract.

    • Our fixed price is released late June and continues to July. There is a 500-gallon minimum purchase.
    • BluStarOur BluStar Budget Payment Plan begins in July and continues through June. Your payments may be divided into 10 or 12 equal budget payments based on your estimated usage per year and what works best for you. All BluStar customers are required to submit a credit application for review.

  • Do you offer Automatic Delivery?
